Due to the many changes in insurance policies, it is no longer an easy task to interpret each individual policy.  We urge you  to please check with your insurance company prior to any visit to understand what services are covered and what you are responsible for paying out of pocket.

• Deductible: The amount you must pay towards your medical treatment before your health insurance company starts to cover for any expenses, for example, $500 per individual or $1,500 per family. In most cases, a new deductible must be satisfied each calendar year.  

• Co-payment: The part of your medical bill you must pay each time you visit the doctor. This is a preset fee determined by your health insurance policy.

• Co-insurance: Which is usually a percentage of the total medical bill, for example, 20%. after your deductible has been met.

Co-pays, co-insurance, and deductibles are expected to be paid in full at the time of each visit. We accept most major debit/credit cards and HSA. We DO NOT accept checks.
